
TEAM ROSTER FORM
For all premier tournaments, team rosters must be submitted before the first game. Each team should submit a roster or risk forfeiture of their game(s). Roster additions will only be allowed in exceptional circumstances and require approval from the tournament director. Please use the link below to submit your roster.

All teams must carry proper documentation to verify player eligibility at all times. While we will not routinely check documents, they will be required if a team is formally protested or challenged. The team initiating the protest must also provide documentation for their players.
Acceptable forms of proof include, but are not limited to: school ID, birth certificate, report card, passport, or California ID.
Additionally, we reserve the right to speak directly with the challenged player(s) to confirm that their information matches the provided documentation.
